How should I wash my WaterU® drink dispenser?
Our dispenser should be hand washed with dish soap and warm water. Never use harsh detergents or chemicals such as bleach in your dispenser.
Can I put hot liquids in my WaterU® dispenser?
No. WaterU® drink dispensers are not insulated. If you fill your WaterU® dispenser with very hot liquid, you could burn yourself. Warm beverages can be used at your own personal comfort level.
Can I use juice, lemonade, and sports drinks in my WaterU® dispenser?
Absolutely. Fill with your favorite beverage and enjoy!
Can I lift the dispenser by the lid?
No. Do not use the lid to lift the dispenser as it is simply a lift-off lid and the entire dispenser will fall, possibly resulting in breakage or injury. Lift the dispenser by the bottom using both hands when full.
